• Account & registration: name, email address, password, phone number, and (for businesses) your role at the company.
• Business listing information: business name, description, address and service areas, rental categories, contact details, opening hours, website, logo, photos, products, pricing, and other content you add to a listing.
• Enquiries & leads: when you contact a rental business through the Directory, the contact details and message you submit — such as your name, email, phone number, location, and enquiry details.
• Reviews & content: ratings, reviews, comments, photos, and other content you post.
• Communications: information in messages you send us for support, feedback, or other requests.
• Payment information: if you purchase a paid or premium listing or feature, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

3.2 Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, searches run, listings and links clicked, referring pages, and dates and times of access.
• Device & log data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and similar technical information.

• Publicly: reviews, ratings, and content you post publicly — and business listing information — are visible to other users and may appear in search engines.
• With service providers: vendors who help us run the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support), under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• For legal & safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
